Anybody seen The Fighter?  They play The Heavy’s “How You Like Me Now” in a scene at the end of the movie, and I’ll tell you one thing – I was not only jumping up and down on top of my theater seat and swinging air punches, but that jam made me want to go to the gym, sprint 10 miles, and then box someone in the face at the end.  BAM. Needless to say, “How You Like Me Now” has been a stellar addition to my iPod running mix, and is a great track to blow out your eardrums with the next time you’re grinding through a workout.  So if you don’t already have it, download it.  Like, now.

PS:  Marky Mark may’ve been snubbed Tuesday morning when the Oscar Noms came out, but GYAH, that kid wins the Academy Award for Best Abs.  Calvin Klein’s underwear wonder boy may be almost 40, but you can still scrub laundry on that thing.
