Soon(ish), I’ll be moving out of El Frat House and into a new place – probably much closer to the beach. And it’s got me all kindsa thinking about how I wanna play musical chairs with my decor to make things feel a little more fresh and – in the spirit of the laid back left coast – maybe a little more boho and beachy. Someone asked me what my style was once (sounds easy but it’s the hardest question ever) and I think I responded: “Refined Bohemian Chic.” Because that’s the vibe I always end up chasing… caning, vintage oushaks, shades of sea glass, layers of texture, hints of brass – all that noise. These are the things that are looking like a whole lotta fun to me lately:
{Antique Anatolian Oushak… I DIE.}
{Art Deco Green Bath by Kelly Wearstler}
{Estee Stanley’s outdoor space}
{Sidenote: I wanna mix those blue perforated chairs above with my greige upholstered tufted buddies below… this is my current dining room}:
{…has a stair runner ever been done better??}
If I had my druthers, this is what I would do in my new digs:

And maybe this for a bathroom that I plucked and slapped together awhile ago. You can click here to view the table pieces above.
Happy Sunday! See yaaaaaaaaaaa…
