I am deliriously giddy that braided, artfully disheveled hair is all the rage right now. It’s so pretty and fresh; a grown-up goddess-like twist on the way you did your hair when you were 8, after you’d been swimming at the pool all day and it air-dried in the sun. I dig it, and I’m gonna rock this ‘do this weekend for sure. Here are a few other funky/twisty/swirly twirly do’s worth trying:

my go-to hairstyle! one long braid down the back and some bobby pins holding some stray hairs in place. so easy AND perfect for going from day to night– let the braid out and you’ve got a mess of wavy-textured hair that’s all over the place.
