Alright… why don’t you stop typing for a second, then do yourself a favor and hit play. I stopped in my tracks last week at the grocery store when I heard this for the first time since I was probably 12, and I haven’t stopped tone-deaf belting it out since then… and flashing back to the days when big hair, bodysuits & Bel Biv Devoe were all the rage. (Sigh), I miss the 90’s. Also, who does Nikki Minaj think she is?? Gurl. We don’t disrespect Mariah.
Speaking of big hair… here’s what mine looked like right about the time that video came out. Very Simba chic, and long before Keratin treatments existed. Obvi.
