Somewhere along the way my friends all got grownz up and in the process learned how to put together utterly magical weddings. I swear, every wedding I attend these days is like stepping foot into my single friends’ secret “My future wedding” Pinterest boards, replete with gorgeous locations, amazing food, and floral arrangements sent from Heaven.
{That is a painted, wooden cut-out of my name. You guys. I can’t take it.}
This weekend the setting for one such wedding was Paso Robles, a delightful little town about 3 1/2 hours from LA known for its many wineries. The nuptials took place at a gorgeous vineyard – HammerSky Vineyards (doesn’t that name sound like the title of a James Bond movie? I digress…). It was a warm summer evening, with the Lunar Eclipse poised to make an appearance, perhaps to blame for this beautiful sunset:
I felt like I should be in an Anne of Green Gables book, with the rolling hills set as the backdrop:
By the way, any bride that walks down the aisle to Rolling Stones’ “Wild Horses” isn’t so bad in my book:
Nor was my date (Oh hey, Hubby):
{The lunar eclipse paid a special visit}
Perfection, right? Sigh…
Have a wonderful week everyone!
xoxo,
